Operation
For transporting the unit without a load, the unit is in the "empty lift position" (see figure I).
For this purpose, the automatic changing device (2) must be locked (see figure J 1).
This is achieved when the load is set down and the empty implement (WEZ without load) is lifted.
Lift the implement approx. 20 cm from the ground, pull out the spring cotter (1) a little and at the same
time turn it until it engages (now the implement can be transported on the carrier (e.g. excavator) -
without the gripper jaws closing inadvertently.
As soon as the device is used again (lifting L-stones), the automatic changing device (2) must first be
unlocked again (→ Fig. J 1).
To do this, the unit must be parked on level ground!
Otherwise there is a risk of injury (due to uncontrolled movements of the unit).
Pull the spring cotter (1) out again and turn it 180° (→ Fig. J).
