Shutting down the device
- The device runs for 20 minutes; then it will automatically shut down; the blue light goes
out
- The device will automatically turn off if there is no operation for one minute in the stand-
by mode
- To turn off the device abruptly during a workout, hold down the off button (" - " button)
for 1 second. The device shuts off.
3. Removing (taking off) the device from the body after training
Proper removal of the device:
Grasp the end of the pad and gently pull it from top to bottom as shown in the picture
below:
Incorrect device removal:
Don't pull the pad too hard, don't try to grab small parts to pull the belt off. You may
damage the gel sheets.
4. Put the belt on the protective film to protect the gel sheets. Put the device into your bag,
store safely until your next workout
