Recommendations for the amount and intensity of training: It is recommended to train once a day.
Please reduce the intensity when doing the first workout. Increase the intensity gradually after a slow
adaptation
Place the pad on the body where the training is to be addressed to
Key principles:
- Remove sweat from the body before applying the pad
- Try not to touch the gel sheets
- Fit the gel sheets to your body. If there is a gap between the gel sheet and your body, the stream
shall not flow evenly which may cause local tingling and pain
Abdominal pad - place the gel sheets as in the diagram below. If the stream is too weak, move the
pad up or down by about 1-2 cm. Turn off the device before changing placement of the pad.
Shoulder pads - waist, arms, legs
