Problem
The exerciser runs unevenly
The exerciser won't start

Suggested solution
Switch on muscle support
Set equal crank length on both sides
Check that sitting position is central (relative to spindle)
Inform service technician and have exerciser checked
Have you pressed START (twice if exerciser is in stand-by
mode)?
Check power cord
Check power supply fuse
Unplug power cord and then reconnect. Then press START.
Select the correct exerciser (arm or leg)
Unlock the upper torso trainer
Exercise for at least 1 minute
Set higher microphone sensitivity
Set new basic settings and save
Reset basic settings to factory settings
Is upper body exerciser fitted/connected?
Set equal crank length on both sides
Check sitting position is central (relative to spindle)
Are you "pulling" instead of "pushing" with one foot?
Have the THERA-vital recalibrated
