Activating Basic Exercising
Settings
When the exerciser leaves the factory it is
programmed with the basic settings as speci-
fied in the column Factory Setting on page 51.
If any settings are changed on the submenu,
those changes are retained even if the power
is switched off or disconnected. That means
that the same settings can be used for the
next exercising session.
If you wish to reset the THERA-vital to the fac-
tory settings, proceed as follows:

Press and hold the STOP button. Then
press the two minus buttons simultane-
ously.

The exerciser then reverts to the factory
settings as specified on page 51. The set-
tings on the Technical menu are not reset.
