Lift the entire Optinut roller tube with
projection profile back into the cassette using
the tensioning straps. In doing so, insert the
bearing side into the headplate holder first.
Using shims to compensate for axial play
between the roller tube unit and the
cassette
For Sottezza II, with production date
< 26.07.2017:
Install the shims with lug (item no. 117639-
0000) between the drive adapter / roller
tube bearing and the headplate on each
side at the least. If there is still axial play
between the roller tube unit and the
headplates, install an additional shim
without lug (item no. 122224-0000) between
the drive adapter / roller tube bearing and
shim with lug on each side.
For Sottezza II with production date
> 26.07.2017:
If the roller tube in the cassette has an axial
play of more than 2.5 mm, install the shims
with lug (117639-0000) between the drive
adapter / roller tube bearing and the
headplates.
If there is still play between the roller tube
unit and the headplates, install an additional
shim without lug (item no. 122224-0000)
between the drive adapter / roller tube
bearing and shim with lug on each side.
