Device operation
•
The cable channel clamp (KKV-200 ) works purely mechanically and can be connected therefore by means of the
suspension lug (2) with each lifting device. The lifting device must be co-ordinated with the demanded load-carrying
capacity of the DEVICE (KKV-200 )
•
The device (KKV-200 ) works by contact pressure from the inside outward, therefore it must be surely posed that the
concrete cable channels, which can be seized has the necessary ultimate strength and is cracks-free. With hair-cracks in
the concrete it could occur otherwise that with vibrations the perfect crack takes place and the product falls down.
•
The device (KKV20/50) is suitable for different nominal width W, i.e. internal dimensions of cable channels. The
different nominal sizes will be reached by the optional adapters (see chapter "Technical Data").
•
If the appropriate adapter (3) are used for the desired nominal width into the rectangle pipes 50x50x4x50 and are
secured with the M16x90 screws (4), the height adjustment (5) must be adjusted in such a way by means of locking
ring. The fact, that the lowest point of attack of the rubber gripper is appropriate for approx. 15-20 mm over the sole
of the cable channel. Since otherwise the radius will be gripped and thus seizing is not sufficient safe.
•
If the device (KKV-200 ) are connected by means of the suspension lug (2) and lifted with the lifting device, the device
(KKV-200 ) opens and the cable channels can be raised.
•
Before lifting the device, the opening width must be adjusted.
•
The device is placed over the gripping good, set down, the device closes round the gripping good and it can be lifted.
•
Set down on the ground again, the device opens automatically; the automatic release (6) locks it into position so that
the device can be lifted without closing up.
•
Placed over the next product, the automatic release (6) disengages itself and the gripping good can be lifted.
•
The device therefore is a ONE-MAN-MACHINE.
•
The use of the device is only permitted in proximity to the ground. Do not swing it over peoples heads.
•
The manual guiding of is only allowed for devices with handles (1).
