Operation

The operation of the Appliance is based on the physical principle of irradiation (the same as the

solar radiation), on the basis of which the heat, radiated by the lamp, is directly transmitted to the surrounding

bodies by the light rays that strike them. Being devoid of moving parts, THERMOLOGIKA COLONNA ensures

maximum silent operation. A special switch, located at the base of the column, allows it to be switched on,

switched off and the selection of the 2 powers.

Regular and careful cleaning will help your infrared heater to operate efficiently for many years without any

problems. The device does not normally require any special maintenance. If necessary, you can simply

remove the dust that has accumulated on the outer casing using a soft dry cloth or, if necessary, moistened

with warm water and neutral detergent. Particular care should be taken to avoid any contact with the quartz

lamps.

Note: Before performing any maintenance work:

1. Disconnect the device from the electrical mains.

2. Make sure that the device has cooled down before continuing.

3. Do not immerse the device in water.

4. Ensure that the device is completely dry before use.

Note: When not in use, store the device in a cool, dry place to prevent the accumulation of dust. Use the

cardboard box for storing the device.
