machines. Noise and vibra琀椀on levels change with day-to-
day use.

NOTE
The vibra琀椀on level given in these instruc琀椀ons was mea-
sured in accordance with a standardized method of mea-
surement as de昀椀ned in EN 62841 and can be used for the
purposes of comparing electrical tools with each other. It
is also suitable for a preliminary es琀椀ma琀椀on of vibra琀椀on
strain. The vibra琀椀on level which is given represents vi-
bra琀椀on level for the primary use of the electrical tool. If,
however, the electrical tool is used for any other purpos-
es, with di昀昀erent plug-in tools or with insu昀케cient main-
tenance, the vibra琀椀on level may vary. This can result in a
signi昀椀cantly higher level of vibra琀椀on strain over the work
period as a whole.
For a precise es琀椀ma琀椀on of the vibra琀椀on strain the 琀椀mes
when the machine is switched o昀昀 have to be taken into
account as well, as do the 琀椀mes when it is running but is
not actually being used. This can result in a signi昀椀cantly
reduced level of vibra琀椀on strain over the work period as
a whole.
