Replacing the batteries

1. Remove the old batteries
Start with the meter turned
off. Remove the battery cover
by pressing and sliding it
downward.
Pull up firmly on the plastic
battery ribbons. The plastic
battery ribbon with the
symbol is for the meter battery,
and the plastic tab with the
symbol is for the backlight
battery.
