Troubleshooting

The OneTouch Select Plus Meter displays messages
®
when there are problems with the test strip, with
the meter or when your glucose levels are above
33.3 mmol/L or below 1.1 mmol/L. Improper use may
cause an inaccurate result without producing an error
message.
NOTE: If the meter is on but does not operate (locks-up),
contact Customer Care. Contact OneTouch Customer

You may have a very low

Treat low
What to do
This may require immediate
treatment. Although this
message could be due to a test
error, it is safer to treat first and then do another test.
Always treat according to your healthcare professional's
recommendations.
