X-CAMP: The CROSSCALL community app
X-CAMP is an app that brings together the CROSSCALL community and lets you interact with
other CROSSCALL users and experts�
It allows you to:
• Share your experiences and get answers to your questions from CROSSCALL users and
experts�
• Receive handy CROSSCALL tips to get the most out of your product and everything the
brand has to offer�
• Buy or sell your CROSSCALL devices�
• Take part in surveys and contribute directly to the design of our products�
• Participate in exclusive competitions, receive dedicated X-CAMP promotions and even
meet the ambassadors...

TROUBLESHOOTING
Before contacting our after-sales service, here are some simple solutions to some of the
problems you might encounter�
You can also connect to the CROSSCALL X-CAMP app where you can chat with other CROSSCALL
users and experts who can help you with any problems or diffi culties you may encounter when
using your device�
Device
A message comes up when you turn on or use your device, asking you to enter the
following:
• Access code: when your device is locked, you will need to enter the passcode chosen when
setting up your device�
• PINs for Card 1/Card 2: once your operator's SIM card(s) have been inserted into the device,
you will need to enter the PIN code(s) associated with this/these card(s) every time you switch
on/restart the device�
• PUK code: if you enter an incorrect PIN code several times, the SIM card will be blocked� You
must then enter the PUK code provided by your operator to unblock the card�
Your device displays a network and service error message
If you are in an area with poor reception, you may lose network connection� Move location and
try again� When you move around, several error messages may appear�
Your device isn't switching on
Your device will not turn on if the battery is not charged� Fully charge the battery before
switching on your device�
Slow or unresponsive touch screen
• The touch screen functions may not work properly if you add a screen protector other than
the X-GLASS, the screen protector sold by Crosscall�
• For optimal use of the touch screen when wearing gloves, or with dirty hands, you can activate
the "Glove Mode" feature which will increase the sensitivity of the screen. To do this, refer to the
procedure described on page 31 of this guide�
• Check that you are using the latest software version available for your device� To do this, refer
to the procedure described on page 27 of this guide� When your device offers you an update, do
it as soon as possible�
• If your touch screen is damaged or scratched, contact the Crosscall after-sales service�
Your device has frozen or a fatal error has occurred
Start by trying the solutions given below� If the problem persists, contact the Crosscall after-
sales service�
• Restart the device
If your device becomes unresponsive or freezes, fi rst try closing all open apps by clicking the
square at the bottom right of your system navigation, then on DELETE ALL. Then, try turning
off or restarting your device as you usually would�
