Warranty for assembly
Instructions for the installation of the awning and the exclusion of the warranty in case of installation on
unsuitable surface and/or in the event of improper installation:
Before mounting, please check with your conservatory manufacturer to find out where fasteners for a conservatory
awning may be placed or where drilling and/or screwing may not be allowed, if applicable.
Mounting method of the awning:
- Outdoor installation on a conservatory structure (see definition of conservatory).
We assume the legal warranty for any defects of our awnings only for awnings that have been professionally
mounted on the specified substrate.
The DIN EN 13561 standard applies.
We expressly exclude the legal warranty for awnings that have not been mounted on the specified substrate, e.g. on
wooden or steel frameworks, fences, etc., in a manner different from that described above. We also expressly exclu-
de the legal warranty for awnings that have not been installed properly and professionally.
Preparations
For the assembly of the awning, depending on the size, at least 2 people are required.
From a width of 500 cm, we recommend 4 people for the assembly of the awning.
The required assembly time of the awning is about 2 hours.
1.
Remove the awning and the mounting material from the packaging.
2.
When unpacking, make sure that components are under tension and can open if necessary.
3.
Check the package contents for completeness and damage.
- Do not install the awning if any parts are missing or damaged.

4.
Store the awning on a stable surface (assembly trestles, workbench, floor if necessary).
5.
Remove all transport locks, but if necessary only at the indicated assembly step.
6.
Provide all necessary tools and the complete assembly material.
7.
Make sure that the surface to which the awning is to be attached is suitable for the installation.
- The manufacturer does not assume any warranty for too weak or damaged mounting
surface.

Never change anything in the construction of the awning.
