Device specifications

The lead has electrodes on the distal end; the proximal end fits into a four-
conductor connector. A stylet has been inserted into the proximal end of the
lead to aid in positioning the lead and performing intraoperative test
stimulation.

The Model 3387 DBS Lead features wide (1.5 mm) spacing between
each of the four electrodes at the distal end.

The Model 3389 DBS Lead features narrow (0.5 mm) spacing between
each of the four electrodes at the distal end.
▪
The physician may choose the Model 3387 DBS Lead to provide
electrodes spread over 10.5 mm or the Model 3389 DBS Lead to
provide electrodes spread over 7.5 mm.
