"TRADE" FUNCTION
On specific days of the week and within specific time bands, Relay 1 can be activated simply by pressing the
button with the Key symbol on the Number keypad or the
entering any codes.
• Enable time band 1: the button with the Key symbol on the Number keypad or the
Directory activate Relay 1 in the time bands specified in the "Validity start time", "Validity end time" and
"Validity days" menus (disabled by default)
• Enable time band 2: the button with the Key symbol on the Number keypad or the
Directory activate Relay 1 in the time bands specified in the "Validity start time", "Validity end time" and
"Validity days" menus (disabled by default)

NAME DIRECTORY
• Call address: enter the call address paired with the Name field (from 1 to 240, the code 240 is reserved for
call to switchboard)
• Indirect call code: enter the numerical code to use on the alphanumeric keypad when you want to call
the code entered in the "Call address" field (e.g.: if the "Call address" field contains the value "1" and the
"Alias" contains the value "300", when the number "300" is entered on the Number keypad followed by the
"Bell" key, a call is made to the user with code "1"; this function is only available if the Directory is used in
conjunction with the Number keypad)
• Name: enter the user name that will be shown on the nameplate
• Visible: used to make the user you are programming visible or not (default: Visible)
• Professional: used to set the user as Professional and thus add them to the relevant list (if enabled in
Layout  Enable "Professional" key, default: not enabled)
• Call type: used to set the type of call to send for each user (Audio call or Video call, default: Video call)
• Access code: enter the desired access code (this function is only available if the Directory is used in
conjunction with the Number keypad)
• Validity: enter the time validity for the access code (this function is only available if the Directory is used in
conjunction with the Number keypad)
◊ Permanent: the access code is always valid
◊ Metered: the code is valid for a certain number of uses
◊ Date: the code is only valid for the specified time period
• No. of accesses: for codes set as "Metered", enter the maximum permitted number of uses. Once this
limit has been reached, the code will no longer be active (function only available if the Directory is used in
conjunction with the Number keypad)
• Validity start date / Validity end date: for codes set as "Date", enter the Validity start date and the Validity
end date. It is also possible to set other usage limits by completing the "Enable time band" fields (up to
2), specifying the "Validity start time" and the "Validity end time" as well as the days of the week on which
they may be used (this function is only available if the Directory is used in conjunction with the Number
keypad)
• Action 1 (2, 3, 4) access codes: all access codes can be assigned up to 4 different actions which will be
carried out consecutively (function only available if the Directory is used in conjunction with the Number
keypad)
◊ Name: select a "Name" or an "Access code" set in the "Directory" menu

- Audio call: when the access code is entered on the Number keypad, an audio call is made to the
address entered in the "Address" field
