11. Notes on electromagnetic compatibility
Guidelines and manufacturer's declaration - Electromagnetic emissions
The scales of the 6730 and 6731 series are intended for operation in the ELECTRICAL ENVIRONMENT specified
below. The customer or the user of the scales types 6730, 6731 should ensure that it is used in such an environment.

The scale is subject to special precautions regarding EMC and must be installed
and put into operation in accordance with the EMC instructions contained in the
accompanying PAPERS. Portable and mobile RF communications equipment can
affect the scale if the distance is too short.
Match Electromagnetic environment - Guideline
Group 1 The 6730 and 6731 scales use RF energy only for its
internal FUNCTION. Therefore, RF emission is very
low and is unlikely to interfere with nearby electronic
equipment.
Class B The 6730 and 6731 scales are intended for use in all
facilities, including residential and those directly
connected to a PUBLIC POWER SUPPLY that also
supplies buildings used for residential purposes.
Class A Scales 6730 and 6731 are intended for use in all
facilities, including residential and those directly
connected to a PUBLIC SUPPLY NETWORK that also
serves buildings used for residential purposes.
Fulfills The 6730 and 6731 scales are intended for use in all
establishments, including residential, and those
directly connected to a PUBLIC SUPPLY NETWORK
that also supplies buildings used for residential
purposes.
