Broccoli juice
Ingredients
▯ Broccoli
▯ Possibly a pear
Preparation
1) Prepare the broccoli by separating it into small rosettes.
2) Add the broccoli a little at a time to the appliance.
NOTE
► As broccoli has a low fluid content, it is possible that the appliance will make
unusual squeaking noises. This is normal and not an appliance defect.
3) If desired, add a little pear (prepared according to the instructions) to the appli-
ance. The pear will alleviate the bitterness of the broccoli and also compensate
for the broccoli's low liquid content.
Blueberry and banana sorbet
Ingredients
▯ approx. 100 g blueberries
▯ 1.5 bananas
Preparation
1) Prepare the blueberries and bananas as per the instructions given in the instruc-
tion manual for the slow juicer.
2) Fill the feed tube 2 alternately with blueberries and pieces of banana.
3) Stir the sorbet produced once again with a spoon.
