8.1.1. Charging Method 1: From Wall Outlet (by AC charging cable)
Connect the AC charging cable to an AC wall outlet (600W Max) and the other
end of the cable into the CP1 Port on the EP500. The charging process will
automatically stop when it reaches 100% capacity.
8.1.2. Charging Method 2: From Generator (gasoline, propane, or diesel)
• Connect the generator charging cable (sold separately) to the AC output of the
generator and the other end of the cable into the CP1 Port on the EP500. The
charging process will automatically stop when it reaches 100%.
• The continuous output power rating of your generator has to meet or exceed
the Max. input power setting of the AC input port of the EP500. Also a generator
with a pure sine wave output is recommended (e.g. Invertedbased Generators)
Voltage limit: 90V-264V Frequency limit: 47Hz-63Hz.
