BLUETTI
• The BLUETTI App supports a "Firmware Update" function which allows access to
the latest software upgrades for continued features, improvements and fixes.
NOTE: Please keep your phone within 5m/16.4ft of the EP500 in order to reduce
connectivity issues during update.
Also, please follow the instructions below if the iOS version of the BLUETTI APP
fails to connect to the Internet. Go into your iOS "Settings" and scroll down until
the BLUETTI icon shows up. Tap the BLUETTI icon and verify that "Wireless and
Data" permissions are enabled.
User cannot turn on EP500 via BLUETTI App.
