The water tank is empty.
Grain size of the coffee
is to fine.
Too much coffee in the
filter.
The unit is not
connected to the power
supply and the main
switch is not turned on.
The ground coffee is
compressed too firmly.
The filter holder is not
inserted properly.
Remains of coffee
grounds on the edge of
the filter holder were not
removed.
Too many coffee
grounds in the filter.
There is no more
steam
The milk is not cold
enough.
Milk nozzle is blocked.
The coffee grounds are
too coarse.
There aren't enough
coffee grounds.
Remedy
Fill the water tank.
Grind the coffee beans
coarser.
Use less coffee.
Insert the power plug into
the power outlet and switch
the unit on.
Refill the coffee and do not
tamp as firmly.
Turn the filter holder to the
symbol.
Carefully remove the ground
coffee remains before
inserting the filter holder
into the unit.
Fill with less coffee grounds.
Fill the water tank with
water.
Place the milk in the
refrigerator before use.
Clean the milk nozzle as
described above.
Grind the coffee beans finer.
Put more coffee grounds in
the filter.
