If you do not use the device for a long time:
1. Dispose of the coffee ground as described above.
2. Remove the filter.
3. Clean the filter holder and the filter in warm rinse water, not in the
dishwasher.
4. Rinse the parts and dry them well.
5. Wipe the brew head with a moist cloth to remove any present
coffee grounds.
6. Insert the coffee holder without the filter and without coffee into
the unit.
7. Put a cup on the placement grille.
8. Turn the unit on again.
9. Press the espresso button and let hot water flow through until the
device automatically stops

Cleaning the drip tray

1. Remove the drip tray including the placement grille.
2. Empty the drip tray.
3. Rinse both parts in warm rinse water.
4. Dry the parts before putting them back into the unit.

Cleaning the water tank

1. Pour out the rest of the water.
2. Clean the water tank in warm rinse water or in the dishwasher
3. Rinse out the water tank well and let it dry.

Cleaning the device

Wipe the housing with a soft, moist cloth. Do not use an abrasive or
scouring cleaner as these can damage the surface.
If you are not using the unit for a longer period of time, store it in a dry,
place away from sunlight. In so doing, the filter holder should not be
inserted in the unit as there is a risk of the brew head seals being
damaged.
