Preparing the coffee filter
Use a small filter for a single espresso, and a large filter for a double
espresso.
1. Insert the filter of choice into the filter holder.
2. Fill with coffee using the measuring spoon and press down with
the tamper in order to compress the coffee.
Tip: If the coffee powder is too firmly compressed, the water will not run
through. If the coffee powder is not compressed, the water runs through
too quickly and the coffee tastes too weak.
3. Remove the coffee remnants from the edge to keep the filter
holder intake and the brew head clean.
