2.3 personnel qualification
The personnel used for moun-
ting, operation and mainten-
ance must have relevant
qualifications. Areas of respon-
sibility and monitoring of per-
sonnel must be guaranteed by
the owner/operator. If person-
nel do not have the necessary
know-how, they must be trai-
ned or instructed accordingly.
This device can be used by chil-
dren at or above the age of
8 years, as well as by persons
with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or who
lack experience and knowledge,
if they are supervised or have
been instructed concerning the
safe use of the device and if
they understand the hazards
arising from its use. Children
may not play with the device.
Cleaning and maintenance ope-
rations may not be carried out
by children without supervision.
