Установите направляющую в положение для распиловки под углом и выполните
пункты раздела Использование станка для продольной распиловки.
Использование станка для косого фацетирования (поперечная распиловка /
продольная распиловка)
При косом фацетировании материал обрабатывается под углом к вертикали.
Максимальный угол фацетирования 45°.
•
Отвинтите рукоятку (6).
•
Установите требуемый угол фацетирования при помощи шкалы (7).
•
Снова затяните рукоятку.
Использование станка для двойной косой распиловки (поперечная распиловка)
При двойном фацетировании материал располагается напротив ограничителя и
распиливается поперек всей своей ширины, как в направлении косого распила, так и в
направлении фацетирования.
•
Установите угол косой распиловки.
•
Установите угол фацетирования.
•
Выполните действия раздела Использование станка для поперечной распиловки.

Примечание:Из-за большого угла при двойной косой распиловке пильный диск
подвергается большей нагрузке. Поэтому возрастает вероятность получения травмы.
Удерживайте свои руки на достаточном расстоянии от пильного диска!
5. ЭКСПЛУАТАЦИЯ И ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ
При выполнении любых работ по обслуживанию всегда убеждайтесь в том,
что станок не подключён к сети питания.
Обслуживание

Place the work clamp (12) in the hole intended for it (13).

Make sure that the piece of work is always well clamped in place!
Handle for the turntable
Using the turntable handle you can turn the turntable to the desired angle.
•
Mount the handle (equipped with a screw thread) in the place for it under the locking knob
(9).
Length stop rod
The length stop rod (29) is an aid for sawing constant lengths, so that productivity can be
increased.
•
Place the work length stop rod (29) in the holes intended for it. Fix the stop using the screw
(30).
•
Measure the distance from the saw blade to the stop. This is the length to which the piece
of work will be sawn.
•
By loosening the screw (30) you can move the stop, so that the desired distance can be set
up.
•
Screw the screw tight again.
Mounting the dust bag
In connection with the danger to health by breathing in any dust released, you must mount the
dust bag (34) on the dust bag connection (5). This also keeps the workplace cleaner longer.
Parallel and mitre guide (Table saw)

The guide is used to guide the piece of work along the saw blade. The guide can be mounted to
the left and right and to the front of the saw blade.
•
Slide the guide (26) with the holder into the guide rail of the bench surface.
•
Unscrew the setting screw on the degree arc (27).
•
Move the guide in the rail to the required place.
•
Set the desired angle with the aid of the degree arc (27):
•
parallel sawing: adjusting the guide parallel to the saw blade
•
mitring: setting the guide to the desired angle in relation to the saw blade
•
Screw the setting screw tight again.
•
With the aid of the clamp screws (28) the guide can be moved lengthwise.
Use of the machine: Compound mitre saw or Table saw
This combined machine can be used in two ways: Compound mitre saw or Table saw
After use the machine must always be left set up as the bench circular saw.
Set-up for use as a Compound mitre saw
•
Use you left hand to push the operating handgrip (2) slightly downwards and pull the
locking knob (8) out with your right hand.
•
Make sure that the locking knob is pulled out completely, because in this way the Table
saw is switched off by means of an electromagnetic switch.
