Microwave combi mode
NOTICE
Risk of damage to property!
The grill rack is not suitable for micro-
wave mode.
■ Use the grill rack exclusively in simple
grill mode.
The appliance has two combi functions that
combine the microwave and grill modes in
different ways:
30.3 % microwave and 69.7 % grill
(0-1
for quick cooking with light brown-
ing.
54.5 % microwave and 45.5 % grill
(0-1
for normal cooking with strong
browning (crust).
1. Turn the selection dial (11) to the desired
combi function.
The indicator for the desired combi function
will appear on the display (10).
2. Set the desired cooking time as described
in the section "Setting the cooking time"
on page EN-20.
3. Press the control dial (12).
The cooking process will start. The indi-
cator on the display (10) counts down the
remaining cooking time second by second.
Once the cooking time has elapsed, four
beeps will sound.

Defrosting

grill mode or convection mode.
You can defrost frozen foods using the de-
frost program. Depending on the quantity of
food you wish to defrost, the program dura-
tion will be automatically adjusted:

1. Weigh the food to be defrosted.
2. Turn the selection dial (11) to the "Defrost"
position.
