Convection mode
No pre-heating
1. Turn the control dial for setting pro-
grammes (9) to the "Convection" posi-
tion

The temperature indicator will flash on the
display.
2. Use the control dial for setting time and
weight (10) to set the desired tempera-
ture.
3. Press the "Start" button (11).
4. Use the control dial for setting time and
weight to set the desired cooking time.
5. You can set a cooking time between
5 seconds and 95:00 minutes.
6. Press the "Start" button
The appliance will start. The indicator
will flash and the remaining cooking time
will be counted down.
With pre-heating
1. Turn the control dial for setting pro-
grammes (9) to the "Convection" posi-
tion
.
The temperature indicator will flash on the
display.
2. Use the control dial for setting time and
weight (10) to set the desired tempera-
ture.
3. Press the "Start" button (11).
4. To start preheating, press the "Start" but-
ton again.
Once the temperature has been reached,
two beeps will sound.
5. Place the dish on the turntable and close
the cooking chamber door.
6. Use the control dial for setting time and
weight to set the desired cooking time.
You can set a cooking time between
5 seconds and 95:00 minutes.
7. Press the "Start" button.
Operation
The appliance will start. The indicator
