Operation
Starting the cooking process
• To start the cooking process, press the
"Start/+30sec./Confirm" button (13).
The cooking process will start. The display
counts down the remaining cooking time in
one-second increments.
You can extend the cooking time as
described in the chapter "Extending
the cooking time".
Interrupting the cooking process
• To interrupt the cooking process, press
the "Stop/Delete" button (16).
The cooking process will be interrupted.
The display shows the remaining cooking
time.
Resuming an interrupted cooking
process
• To resume an interrupted cooking pro-
cess, press the "Start/+30sec./Confirm"
button (13) once again.
The cooking process will then resume.
Aborting the cooking process
• To abort the cooking process, press the
"Stop/Delete" button (16) twice.
The cooking process is aborted and the
display shows the time.
Cooking in grill or microwave-
combi mode
Grill mode
The grill power cannot be changed. You can
only ever grill at full power.
Flat foods should be grilled on the
rotisserie rack (7).
1. Press the "Microwave/Grill/Combi" but-
ton (17) as often as needed until "
es on the display.
2. Press the "Start/+30sec./Confirm" but-
ton (13).

3. Set the grill time using the control
dial (14).
4. Press the "Start/+30sec./Confirm" but-
ton (13).
The cooking process will start. The dis-
play counts down the remaining grill time in
one-second increments. 5 beeps will sound
once the grill time has elapsed.
Two short beeps will sound when half of the
grill time has elapsed. For optimal grilling re-
sults, you should now turn the food.
To turn the food, proceed as follows:
1. Press the "Stop/Delete" button (16).
The cooking process will be interrupted.
2. To open the cooking chamber door (5)
press the button (15).
3. Turn the food.
4. Close the cooking compartment door
again.
5. Press the "Start/+30sec./Confirm" but-
ton (13).
The appliance will now grill automatically until
the end of the grill process.
