Using the accessories

Turntable

The turntable (8) must be used whenever the
appliance is operated.
The turntable (8) rotates during operation to
ensure uniform heating. It is also used to col-
lect dripping fat if used with the rotisserie rack
(7).
1. Place the turntable drive (3) in the recess
in the middle.
2. Place the turntable (8) on the floor of the
cooking chamber and turn it until its cen-
tre clicks into place on the turntable drive.
3. Always place the cooking containers on
the turntable. This prevents liquid from
seeping into the appliance if it should boil
over.

The rotisserie rack

Always place the rotisserie rack (7) on the
turntable (8). Ensure that the rubber feet are
always attached to the ends of the legs.
