Decommissioning
For decommissioning, follow this procedure:

In the operator display (16), go back to the start screen.

Clean the machine.

The machine must be protected from frost. Antifreeze can be added to the water system as a
preventive measure. Be sure to observe the instructions from the antifreeze manufacturer. To
enable the antifreeze to be dispersed throughout the water circuit, the water pump (3) must be
switched on again temporarily in cleaning mode.

Switch off the machine using the main switch (17).

Disconnect power connection.

Disconnect the hose connections at the juice inflow (10) and the juice outlet (2).

Open the juice outflow tap (12) and empty the juice pipe of the heat exchanger.

Be sure to observe the storage provisions detailed in this manual.
