Operator display delay: Delay in the production display switching to the operator display. Shown in
seconds.
Juice temperature protection: If the actual water temperature falls below the target water
temperature by the temperature difference set here, the juice pump pauses (11). This serves as a
safety feature for the product temperature during operation, for example if the burner fails. Any
changes should be carried out carefully and only at different product viscosities. If the set
temperature difference is too big, the intended safety feature is no longer assured.
Juice level control: This function activates and deactivates the level monitoring device in the
subsequent tank in the production line or in the filling system. The status of the level switch is
shown to the side.
Juice level delay: Length of delay between the release signal from the level switch and the juice
pump starting up. Shown in seconds.
Level starting aid: This function provides the option of a faster start up phase after a short-term
process-related pause in production. The function is specially designed for when the juice pump
comes to a stop due to the level monitor in the subsequent buffer tank/filling unit in the production
line. This happens if the tank is full. If the juice pump stops, the actual juice temperature drops off
right before the juice outlet although the juice inside the heat exchanger is hot enough. By
activating the starting aid, the juice pump starts running at maximum speed for a short period after
the stop until the normal temperature controls set in.
Cold start: When the cold start function is activated, the burner only runs on the first phase until the
water temperature reaches 50°C. This prevents any potential resonance vibration. The function can
be deactivated to adjust the oil pressure.

Settings
Several operating functions can be switched on and off
optionally in the settings. Certain operating parameters can
be modified in this area. The left hand side of the display
also shows the status of each monitoring system. A red
status means that the specific sensor is reporting a fault.
The individual functions and parameters are described in
detail below.
Additional settings
The settings submenu is password-protected. This area
allows individual monitoring systems to be temporarily
deactivated if necessary. This makes it easier to
troubleshoot during maintenance. Any changes are to be
agreed with the manufacturer.
