2.3
Possible inappropriate use
Any use other than that described is inappropriate and can lead to risks and damage.
When operating the pasteurizer keep in mind:

The use of non-approved products is forbidden.

The use of non- approved working and auxiliary materials is forbidden.

Use in potentially explosive areas is forbidden.
The machine must not be modified or altered in any way without the manufacturer's approval.

The stipulated operation and maintenance must only be performed by authorised and trained
personnel.

The use of consumables and replacement parts not authorised by the manufacturer is
forbidden.

The machine must not be operated under normal conditions without all safety devices. All the
safety features must be correctly installed and fully functional.

The machine may not be operated in operating modes (e.g. maintenance mode), which
necessitate the removal of certain safety features. At the end of the maintenance work, all the
safety features must be reinstalled as intended and must be tested for functionality.

If there are any faults or damages, the machine must not be operated. Identified faults and
damages must be rectified immediately.

It is not permitted to bridge safety technical equipment (end switches, sensors, measurement
systems etc.).

It is not permitted to cover or remove any of the warning signs and notices. They must remain
well visible and legible at all times.
2.4
Complying with the operating manual
This operating manual must be adhered to.
This operating manual is:
-
a machine component.
-
to be kept safe and up to date over the entire life span of the machine.
-
to be passed on to any subsequent machine owner.
2.5
Safety signs on the machine
The following danger and notice symbols are used in the operating manual and on the unit. These
must be adhered to:

is used in cases where non-adherence to instructions can lead to damage to the
