The heating modes
Risk of scalding!
Microwave heating of beverages can
result in delayed and eruptive boiling,
therefore care must be taken when han-
dling the container. This may cause hot
liquid to suddenly spray out, for exam-
ple, when removing it from the micro-
wave.
■ In order to avoid eruptive boiling,
place a spoon in the container.
■ Make sure that the spoon is always
at least 2 cm away from the interior
walls of the microwave.
NOTICE
Risk of damage to property!
Improper handling of the appliance
may cause it to become damaged.
■ Never operate the microwave without
a turntable and never without food!
The grill racks are not suitable for micro-
wave mode.
■ Only use the grill racks for grill-only or
convection mode, as well as for the
automatic programmes P03~P07.
QuickStart
• Briefly press the "Start" sensor button
(19) to start operating the microwave at
full power (900 watts) for 30 seconds.
• Each additional press of the "Start" sensor
button
(19) adds 30 seconds to the cook-
ing time.

Start normal cooking
1. Place the dish in the cooking chamber and
close the cooking chamber door (3).
2. Press the "Microwave" sensor button
(14).

3. If required, use the rotary switch (20) to
change the cooking time.
4. Press the "Microwave" sensor button
(14) again.

levels" on page EN-21).
6. Press the "Start" sensor button
The appliance will start, the fan will switch
on and the time indicator will start to count
down.
When the time indicator reaches
signal sounds five times and the appliance
switches off.
The maximum possible cooking
time for this heating mode depends
on the set power level:
– 100 to 700 W: 1 hour 30 minutes.
– 900 W: maximum 30 minutes.
