Cooking time correction:
1. Briefly press the "Clock" sensor button
(17).
2. Set the cooking time using the rotary
switch (20).
Power correction:
1. Briefly press the "Microwave" sensor button
(14).
2. Set the power using the rotary switch (20)

Convection mode

Using convection lets you prepare meals in
the same way as a normal oven. Microwave
functionality is not enabled. Preheat the cook-
ing chamber before placing the food inside
(see "Preheating mode" on page EN-25).
1. Place the dish in the cooking chamber and
close the cooking chamber door (3).
2. Use the function selector (12) to select the
indicator for convection on the display
(16) .
The display (16) shows the cooking time
indicator 20:00 min as well as the temper-
ature indicator °C. The temperature

indicator flashes.

3. If required, use the rotary switch (20) to
change the temperature.
Possible values: 50 °C to 230 °C.
4. To change the cooking time, briefly press
the "Clock" sensor button
the cooking time with the rotary switch (20)
(max. 5 hours).
5. Press the "Start" sensor button
The appliance will start and the fan will
switch on. The time indicator begins count-
ing down.

The heating modes
When the time indicator reaches
signal sounds five times and the appliance
switches off.

Grill with fan mode

Use this heating mode to evenly grill dishes
and give them a crust at the same time.
1. Place the dish in the cooking chamber and
close the cooking chamber door (3)
2. Use the function selector (12) on the dis-
play (16) to select the indicator
with fan.
The display (16) shows the cooking time
min as well as the temperature

3. If required, now use the rotary switch (20) to
change the temperature.
Possible values: 100 to 230 °C.
4. To change the cooking time, briefly press
the "Clock" sensor button
the cooking time with the rotary switch (20)

5. Press the "Start" sensor button
The appliance will start, the fan will switch
on and the time indicator will start to count
down.
