1. Turn off the machine.
2. Remove the ice from the bin.
3. Using the specific product and the plastic bottle,
prepare the solution by dissolving the powder in warm
water (max. 40°C). Mix the whole thing paying atten-
tion that no clumps are formed.
4. Pour the cleaning agent in the evaporator tray
(fig.14-3).
5. Turn the machine back on, and if it is not already,
put it in standby (fig.9).
6. Press the standby button for at least 9" to start the
cleaning cycle
7. During the cleaning cycle, the button will flash as
follows: off for 1 second and on (white) for 3 seconds.
Once the cleaning cycle is finished, it will go into stand-
by.
8. Empty the evaporator bowl by removing the cap
(Fig. 14-2), then replace the cap and pour clean water
into the tray in an amount equal to the capacity of the
bowl.
9. Repeat the cleaning operation without adding citric
acid to eliminate the presence of the descaling and
sanitising agent.
10. After this period turn off the machine and remove
the cap (Fig. 14-2) to drain the water from the evapo-
rator bowl again. Finally, replace the cap.
11. After the cleaning operation, rinse the bin thor-
oughly.

If the appliance is left unused for long periods
of time:
• turn off the machine;
• remove the ice from the bin;
• drain the water;
• clean thoroughly;
• leave the door of the bin slightly open

THE FOLLOWING OPERATIONS SHOULD BE
PERFORMED EXCLUSIVELY BY QUALIFIED AND
AUTHORISED PERSONNEL.

IN CASE OF INCORRECT OPERATION, IT IS
RECOMMENDED TO DISCONNECT THE MACHINE
FROM THE ELECTRICAL AND HYDRAULIC SUP-
PLY NETWORK.
1. Check that the valve of the supply hydraulic network

is open.
2. Check that there is electrical supply, that the plug is
inserted correctly and that the switch is on.
3. Check that there are no abnormal vibrations due to
loosened screws.
4. If it is necessary to intervene due to water losses,
screw tightening or other things, first, always stop the
ice maker, then check that the loss is not caused by
obstructions of the drain ways.
5. In case of insufficient production, check that the
condenser is clean or if there are limescale deposits
on the sprayer nozzles.
6. Check the operation of the bin probe: lay an ice
cube on the bulb inside the bin, the ice maker should
stop within 1 minute and restart automatically after its
removal, in a short time.
7. Between summer and winter, the bin probe can vary
the maximum amount of ice in the bin. For any adjust-
ments see paragraph 4.2.
