Preparatory work

Disconnect the machine from the power supply and ensure that it cannot be switched on again in error.
A
If available, disconnect the machine from the gas supply.
A
Remove one screw on the left and right of the machine lid.
A
Lift the front of the lid a hand's width and push it back, detaching the centring cones at the back of the lid from the
connection strip.
A
Remove the lid upwards.
Installing the liquid dispensing module
A
Insert the EZL 235 electronic module (2) with 4 spacers (1) into the existing holes of the lateral machine frame;
see Fig. 1.

Insert the terminal strips (3) in the existing holes on the machine frame; see Fig. 1.
Positioning of the terminal strips (see Fig. 2):
- Terminal strip 1X3-4 = orange
- Terminal strip 2X3-4 = grey
- Terminal strip 3X3-4 = blue
- Terminal strip 4X3-4 = green/yellow

Connect the existing orange 1X3-4, grey 2X3-4 and blue 3X3-4 terminal strips on the machine frame to the new
terminal strips.

To connect the terminal strips, bridge the orange 1X3-4, grey 2X3-4 and blue 3X3-4 terminal strips with the black
connection wire (5); see Fig. 2.
