Connecting and calibrating the dispensing pumps

Break out the pre-punched area in the machine rear panel; see Fig. 3.

Install the cable feed-through on the machine rear panel; see Fig. 3.

Connect the dispenser pumps in accordance with the wiring diagram.

If the flow rate of the dispenser pumps is known, enter the flow rate directly in the supervisor level (example:
dispenser pump 1).

To enter the flow rate, select the

Confirm with the OK button.

Press the Back button to go back one level.

To save, confirm with the OK  button.

If the flow rate of the dispenser pumps is not known, calibrate the dispenser pumps in the supervisor level
(example: dispenser pump 1).

Select the

Place the suction lance of the dispenser pump in a container with a fill line.
A
Fill the container to the fill line.
A
Press button 0/1 (dispenser pump runs for 60 s).
A
Use a measuring vessel to refill the container up to the fill line.
A
Determine the dispensing quantity in the measuring vessel and enter it on the display for the
value.

To save, confirm with the OK  button.

To register a container empty signal (example: dispenser pump 1), select the

Confirm with the OK button.

Press the Back button to go back one level.

Check the dispensing in the programmes and adjust if necessary.

To exit the service level, switch off the machine.

Attach the liquid dispensing cover plate to the machine's rear panel.

Carrying out final work

Check the water connections for leaks.

Refit the machine lid.

Connect the machine to the power supply and switch it on.

Reconnect the machine to the gas supply if there is one and it has previously been disconnected.

Carry out appropriate electrical safety and functional tests.
