Cleaning
The intensity and the time intervals of the cleaning depend on the requirements on the
medium to be pumped.
> Rinse the pump with an appropriate detergent. Pump, fittings, pipeline and hose must
be compatible with the cleaning agent. Keep the medium to be pumped from the motor
cable.

Storage
> Always store the pump in a vertical position.
> Temperature during storage should not drop below -10°C and not exceed the
max. operating temperature.
> Before starting operation, warm up the pump to operating temperature.
> In case disassemble the cover or the inlet housing and enclose loosely.

Repair

Only qualified personnel may only carry out repair of pumps.
When working on the pump, disconnect the motor from the mains.
For repair work, completely empty the pump. There might be still
fluid in the cavities of the pump.
Only cleaned and completely drained pumps may be returned to
us for repair.
It must be accompanied by the decontamination certificate
(download at www.flux-pumps.com).
