OPERATION

Description of the appliance and the tap

you do not draw off this minimum amount over a longer period,
please draw off the total content of the appliance (5 litres) after
approximately 4 days, so that it is heating fresh water again. If no
water is drawn off and the water is left to stand for longer periods,
we also recommend switching off the appliance first and draining
the cylinder completely before drawing off water again.

CAUTION Burns
The kitchen tap can reach temperatures in excess of
60 °C.
There is a risk of scalding at outlet temperatures in ex-
cess of 43 °C.
WARNING Injury

The appliance may be used by children aged 8 and up and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capa-
bilities or a lack of experience and know-how, provided
that they are supervised or they have been instructed on
how to use the appliance safely and have understood
the resulting risks. Children must never play with the
appliance. Children must never clean the appliance or
perform user maintenance unless they are supervised.

Scale build-up can block the outlet and thus subject the
appliance to pressure. The appliance is vented through
the kitchen tap outlet.

3. Description of the appliance and
the tap
The appliance heats DHW electrically. The electronic temperature
controller regulates the electric heater element.
The appliance is protected against frost when connected to a
power supply. The kitchen tap and the water connections are not
protected against frost by the appliance.
The "anti-drip" function prevents expansion water escaping from
the kitchen tap during heat-up.
The HOT 3in1 kitchen tap enables you to draw hot water from the
appliance or DHW and cold water from the central water supply
system.
Tap with push & turn mechanism to prevent unintended opening
of the hot water tap. The tap permits water draw-off without
steam or splashing. The boiling water runs through an internal
hose, so the surface of the tap can be touched without risk. The
residual boiling water is returned from the tap into the appliance,
so that high temperature water flows out immediately when the
tap is next used.
