ance and retain them for future reference.

Only a qualified contractor should carry out installation, commis-
sioning, maintenance and repair of the appliance.

General safety instructions
WARNING Electrocution
Before starting work on the appliance, disconnect all
poles from the power supply and drain the DHW cylinder.
We guarantee trouble-free function and operational reliability
only if original accessories and spare parts intended for the unit
are used.

Note
Observe all applicable national and regional regulations
and instructions.

Product description
The product is an electric auxiliary heating element for installation
in a flange. The auxiliary heating element allows infinitely variable
temperature adjustment via the integral temperature controller
with high limit safety cut-out.

Installation

1 Blank flange
2 Insulation segment
f Remove the insulation segment in front of the flange plate.
f Remove the blank flange.

1 Earthing contact PE
f Move the auxiliary heating element into the correct instal-
lation position. Use the position of the earthing contact as a
guide.
f Install the auxiliary heating element. Observe the torque (see
chapter "Specification / Data table").
