1. Charge the existing house battery to fully

charged state.

2. Switch off all charging sources and consum-

ers.

3. Disconnect the negative and positive connec-

tor from the house battery.

Connect the device as illustrated. (fig. 1,

page 3).

4. Remove all cables from the positive connector.

5. Guide all positive cables through the Hall sen-

sor opening.

6. Reinstall all cables to the positive connector

but do not connect to the house battery at

this stage.

NOTE

Make sure the arrow with the positive

symbol (+) on the Hall sensor is facing the

positive connector of the battery.

NOTE

Optionally, the Hall sensor can be

installed to the negative side instead. If

so, make sure the arrow with the negative

symbol (-) on the Hall sensor is facing the

negative connector of the battery.

7. Connect the control module connector to the

Hall sensor.

8. Connect the 6 wiring to the control module in

the following order (fig. 1, page 3):

– Control module terminal 1 with green wire to

the lithium battery 4 pin terminal 4 position.

– Control module terminal 2 with red wire and

integrated fuse holder to the house battery

positive connector.

– Control module terminal 3 with black wire to

the house battery negative terminal.

– Control module terminal 4 with yellow wire to

the lithium battery 4 pin terminal 1 position.

– Control module terminal 5 and 6 with gray

wirings to the lithium battery 6 pin terminal

"A" position.

9. Connect the negative connector of the house

battery to the negative terminal of the new lith-

ium battery with the high current cable (black).

Use the additional terminal adapter if neces-

sary (Power Unit 85 and 105 only).

10. Connect the positive connector of the house

battery to the positive terminal of the new lith-

ium battery with the high current cable (red)

and fuse holder. Use the additional terminal

adapter if necessary (Power Unit 85 and 105

only).

11. Install the 2 terminal covers to the lithium bat-

tery.

12. Install the wall mounting box to the sufficiently

hard surface and secure with 4 screws.

NOTE

The battery monitor display can be

installed directly into the wall if the sur-

face is sufficiently sturdy.

13. Connect the cable to the battery monitor dis-

play and the Hall sensor.

14. Install the battery monitor display into the

mounting box and secure with 4 screws.

15. Connect the house battery positive and nega-

tive connectors.
