Training protocol
• Open the main menu on the left to click on "Training log".
• You can see the history of your past training sessions here, including the
name of the video you trained, the date of the training, the duration and
the distance.
• Click on a specific training to get all the information.
• You can also go to http://www.kinomap.com/myactivities.
• Your training log includes a map, a summary and a series of detailed graphs
showing your previous speed, power, cadence and heart rate. Note that
the training log can be automatically exported to various platforms such as
RunKeeper, Strava or Under Armour.
