The electrical data on the type plate must be observed. The connection
must be made in accordance with the connection diagram according to the
desired switch function. When selecting the cable ensure that it is appro-
priate for use in the intended range of application (temperature, weather
conditions, aggressive atmosphere, etc.) and for the cable gland used.
Connecting the cable
 Switch off voltage of electrical circuit
 Remove the cover of the terminal box, or the magnetic switch with con-
nection housing
 Feed the cable through the cable gland into the terminal box
 Strip off the covering.
 Insulate the strands and fit them with wire end sleeves
 Insert and fasten the wires into the clamps in accordance with the re-
spective requirements
 Place housing cover back on and fasten
In the model with the connection housing screw the housing cover on until
it stops.
The respective connection diagram must be observed

Caution!
The connection cable should be laid in accordance with
the applicable guidelines for building electrical circuits.
Caution!
No single strands may be fed through the cable gland.
Always ensure that the cable goes with the cable
gland used and the cable sheath is securely clamped
into the cable gland.
