To avoid impermissible overheating of the motor, the
motor should be driven for only 30% of the operating
time with the stipulated nominal power and must then
continue to run with no load for the remaining 70% of
the operating time.

7. Unpacking

Open the packaging and carefully remove the de-
vice. Remove the packaging material, packaging and
transport safety devices (if applicable). Check that
the delivery is complete. Check the device and ac-
cessory parts for transport damage. In the event of
complaints the carrier must be informed immediately.
Later claims will not be recognised.
If possible, keep the packaging until the end of the
warranty period.
Familiarise yourself with the product by means of the
operating instructions before using for the first time.
With accessories as well as wearing parts and re-
placement parts use only original parts. Replacement
parts can be obtained from your dealer.
When ordering please provide our article number as
well as type and year of manufacture for your equip-
ment.

8. Assembly / Before commissioning
m ATTENTION!
Always make sure the device is fully assembled
before commissioning!
Fitting foot to frame (enclosed accessories bag
A) (fig. 4)
Mount foot (i) with 2 screws, 2 washers and 2 nuts to
the frame (j) and tighten securely.
Fitting foot with wheel to frame (enclosed acces-
sories bag B) (fig. 5)
Mount frame and foot with wheel (f) with 2 hexagon
screws, 2 washers and 2 nuts. Tighten the screws
firmly. Install the wheels (m) on the wheel axle as
shown in Fig. 5.
Fitting drum lower section (enclosed accesso-
ries bag C) (fig. 6)
Mount the bearing retainer (c) on the designated posi-
tion on the lower drum section and tighten the locking
washer with two screws, two washers and two nuts.
Fitting mixing drum (enclosed accessories bag D)
(fig. 7)
Secure the mixing drum (g) to the drum lower section
(d) with 2 washers and 2 nuts using 2 screws. Insert
one rubber washer each between mixer and drum!
Fitting drum upper section (enclosed accesso-
ries bag E) (fig. 8)
Put on the upper section of the drum.
ATTENTION! The pasted arrows mark the exact
direction of the upper or lower section of the drum.
Align the upper section of the drum and mount it on
the lower section of the drum with M6x16 screws,
washers and spring washers and tighten it.
Secure the mixing drum (g) to the drum upper section
(b) with 2 washers and 2 nuts using 2 screws. Insert a
rubber disc between the mixer and the drum!
Mounting the perforated disc (enclosed accesso-
ries bag F) (fig. 9)
Fix the perforated disc as shown in fig. 9 and fix it with
the screws (F).
