8. Insert the profile of the contact tip flush into the
locking geo metry. /
Profil der Kontaktspitze bündig in die Arretier-Geome-
trie einlegen.
9. Insert the contact retainer as far as it will go – this
must be done without force (➯ red arrow)! /
Kontakthalterung bis zum Anschlag einsetzen – dies
muss kraftlos geschehen (➯ roter Pfeil)!
10. Insert protection cover (female) for insulation
body! / Abdeckkappe (female) für Isolierkörper
einsetzen!

insulation body as a part of the
entire connector refer to the removal
instructions under the

Für eine spätere Demontage des
Isolierkörpers (als Teil des
gesamten Steckverbinders) siehe die
Demontage-Anleitung unter dem
11. Check that the seal inserted in the metal cover is
clean. Clean, if necessary. Then fit the metal cover
and tighten with a torque of 2.2 Nm: 4 M4 Allen
screws (➯ red arrows).
▶ Tighten cover screws cross-wise. /
Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Dichtung im Metalldeckel
sauber ist. Gegebenenfalls säubern. Dann Metallde-
ckel auflegen und mit Drehmoment 2,2 Nm anziehen:
4 Inbusschrauben M4 (➯ rote Pfeile).
▶ Deckelschrauben über Kreuz anziehen!
