Assembly steps / Montageschritte
1. Assemble the Han
the same way as the Han
pp. 5-8, and hand-tighten the cable gland. Use the
contact retainer, female.
Now position the two halves of the housing and
insulation body to fit each other. /

ren und Kabelverschraubung handfest anziehen. Ver-
wenden Sie dabei die Kontakthalterung, Buchse.
Positionieren Sie nun die beiden Gehäuse- und Isolier-
körper-Hälften passend zueinander.
2. Join the connector halves and screw the 4 x M4
(➯ red arrows) to a torque of 2.2 Nm. /
Steckverbinderhälften zusammenfügen und die 4 x M4
(➯ rote Pfeile) mit einem Drehmoment von 2,2 Nm
verschrauben.
3. Tighten the double nipple Ⓐ of the cable gland
against the hood/housing to the specified torque
(➯ Table 3, p. 9). Also apply the specified torque to
the cap nut Ⓑ.
Ziehen Sie den Doppelnippel Ⓐ der Kabelverschrau-
bung mit dem vorgesehenen Drehmoment (➯ Tabel-
le 3, S. 9) gegen das Gehäuse an. Bringen Sie auch auf
die Hutmutter Ⓑ das vorgesehene Drehmoment auf.

To prevent incorrect insertion it
is recommended to use the
coding options (➯ ⑤, red arrows)!
▶ The codings must be attached to the cable and
device side so that they match. Use a tightening
torque of 0.5 N m. /

Zur Vermeidung von Fehlste-
cken empfiehlt sich die Nutzung
der Kodier optionen (➯ ⑤, rote Pfeile)!
▶ Die Kodierungen sind auf der Cable und Device Side
zueinander passend anzubringen. Verwenden Sie ein
Anzugsdrehmoment von 0,5 N m.
