2.2.1 Conditions of use

Risk of injuries due to inadequately fastened portable system!
If the portable system is not correctly attached, it can fall or be
thrown through the vehicle and injure people.
⇒ Always attach the portable system to an equipment rail.
⇒ Attach the portable system only to equipment rails designed
for a weight of at least 6 kg.
⇒ Do not load the portable system with additional weight (e.g. by
supporting your body on it).
⇒ Check the catch of the equipment rail adapter.
⇒ Use the bar brackets in the stationary area only.
⇒ If using bar brackets: Use bars with diameter 19 mm - 40 mm
only.
2.2.2 General information
• To prevent infection or bacterial contamination, read and
follow the chapter on Hygienic Preparation (see "5 Hygienic
preparation", page32).
• If third-party items are used, functional failures and restricted
fitness for use may result. Biocompatibility requirements may
also not be met. Please note that in these cases, any claim
under warranty and liability will be void if neither the
accessories nor genuine replacement parts recommended in
the instructions for use are used.
• Have servicing and repair work carried out only by the
manufacturer, Weinmann, or by trained staff.
