the reader receives the
payment and is waiting for
bank activation.

The user does not remember

Consumer ask for refund. At
cashless device´s display it
shows up a static message
or "start to squeeze" and in
versatile cashless´s display´s
"pay with card"
Cause
The equipment is ready to use.
If the problem persists, there
is a communication problem
The Nayax team is activating,
you have to wait until you are
ready for payments.
We must access the SAT
access to reset PIN
Zumex machine is up to be
used and it does not receive
payment confirmation.
Solution
Indicate to customer, that
there is a communication
problem between both
devices. Verify that the
connection is established
correctly and check the reader
messages and that the
cahsless work configuration
mode is active.

the same time, access the pin
with the code and change your
password
