payment device is not working

Cause
Nayax has not activate SIM
Card
This message appears on
reader meanwhile is squeezing
or in operation.
Does message means that the
payment device is ready for
payments.
There is no communication
between both components
(payment system & Zumex)
Please assure that the
working mode is activated.
If not, card rader does not
activate the machine.
It means, that there´s an
object that interferes in the
read of object.
Solution
Machine does not work since
the payment devices has
not been activated. Please,
contact with Nayax local
support for activation
The module is on operating
mode, so we should wait
until juice order has been
completed.
This message is a standard
ones, which show up that the
machine is ready.
We have to verify internal
cables by authorized service
partnet.
Access to the central menu,
go to working mode and
select Cashless, thus, it should
activate the payment devices.
You must clear the feeding
area to the squeeze group.
Remove the group and rinse
the sensor located at the top
of the crankcase with water.
