Basic precautions should always be followed, including the following safety
instructions when using the product: Read all instructions before using this equipment.
• It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using the equipment. Safe and effective use can only
be achieved if the equipment is assembled, maintained and used properly. It is your responsibility to ensure that all
users of the equipment are informed of all warnings and precautions.
• Before starting any exercise programme, you should consult your doctor to determine if you have any medical or
physical conditions that could put your health and safety at risk, or prevent you from using the equipment properly.
Your doctor's advice is essential if you are taking medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol
level.
• Be aware of your body's signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop exercising if you
experience any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat, extreme shortness of
breath, lightheadedness, dizziness or feelings of nausea. If you do experience any of these conditions you should
consult your doctor before continuing with your exercise programme.
• This device is used for daily training coordination, to enahnce the ability to concentrate, to balance and maintain a
sense of equilibrium. The device is also used to strengthen the core muscles and improve posture.
• Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use only.
• Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover for your floor or carpet. To ensure safety, the
equipment should have at least 2 metres of free space all around it.
• Check the device is in perfect condition before using.
• Make sure that there is never more than one person using the device at any given moment.
• The safety of the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for damage and/or wear and tear.
• Always use the equipment as indicated. If you hear any unusual noises coming from the equipment during use, stop
immediately. Do not use the equipment until the problem has been rectified.
• The equipment has been tested under class H.C. Maximum weight of user: 130kg.
• Never use the device in the vicinity of water or stairs.
• Protect the product from water splashes, humidity, high temperatures and direct sunlight.
• The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.
• The device is intended exclusively for home use and not for commercial purposes.
• Never place the unit on a surface if it blocks the ventilation openings.
• Parents and guardians should be aware of their responsibility to make sure minors do not use the device as a play-
thing and in a way for which it is not intedned.
