6. Commissioning, operation
Safety instructions for installation
WARNING!
Follow the installation and safety instructions within the operating
■
instructions.
Install instruments in accordance with the manufacturer's instruc-
■
tions and the valid standards and regulations.
The instruments do not provide for incorporated overcurrent
■
protectors!
In order to prevent the contacts from welding through overload,
■
suitable protection systems must be implemented by the user!
Only connect circuits with the same voltage to the switch con-
■
tacts and only connect parts with the same ingress protection to
the connection leads of the instrument.
Limit the maximum current, using external measures, to a value
■
of AC 250 V, 5 A with resistive load for each circuit.
Size the connection leads for the largest current in the circuits.
■
The exact information for the pin assignment and the required supply voltage
are stated on the product label on the case circumference. Examples of pin
assignments are shown below.

Information
For the safety circuit, which will switch off the heating if the steam
generator falls below the minimum flow, only the normally open
contact of the change-over contact should be connected (i.e. with
Δp = 0 open circuit)!
